High blood pressure is the biggest cause of death and disability in the UK with one in three people in the UK with high blood pressure.

Commenting on the campaign Tom said;

“High blood pressure has no symptoms, that’s why it’s called the silent killer. It’s important to check your blood pressure - it could prevent you or your loved ones from having an unnecessary stroke or heart problems and save the NHS millions in NHS and social care costs.
