Constituents Give Tom Brake MP High Marks

Local constituents will be receiving a report on Tom Brake's 2003 Constituent Satisfaction Survey. According to responses to the survey, Tom is maintaining his past high level of service. The Member of Parliament for Carshalton and Wallington received especially high marks for his accessibility and the speed and content of his responses to constituents' enquiries.

Tom's fourth such survey included questions on the helpfulness of his staff, the ability of constituents to contact him, and the speed of his responses to constituents' inquiries.

According to Tom,

"Once again my constituents recognize my staff's hard work. I am particularly pleased that the vast majority of respondents found it easy to contact me, and were happy with the speed and content of my responses to them. I always strive to be an accessible and accountable Member of Parliament. "

"The real challenge now will be to maintain this level of constituents' satisfaction".
