12.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Wed 7th Apr 2004

Tom Brake today released the results of his 2003 Annual Constituents' Satisfaction Survey. The report offers a comprehensive analysis of a survey recently completed by Carshalton and Wallington residents and allows Mr Brake to evaluate the service he and his staff provide to the constituents of Carshalton and Wallington.

Mr Brake said,

"The survey allows my constituents to offer me feedback on the type of job I've been doing as a constituency MP"

"I am delighted that this survey report shows that Carshalton and Wallington residents believe my staff and I provide sound advice and assistance. The report indicates that constituents found me easy to contact and prompt in my response to their queries. More importantly, I am heartened by the conclusion that eighty per cent of respondents were either happy or very happy with the content of my responses and a further ninety per cent were either likely or very likely to contact me in the future.''
