Tom Brake MP is inviting Carshalton and Wallington constituents to offer their views on the latest policy issues via an online survey on his website www.epolitix.com/tom-brake.

The e-survey, offered by www.epolitix.com - the political website which houses over 400 MP websites, aims to improve the flow of communication between MPs and their constituents via email and the Internet, enhancing e-democracy.

It will encourage constituents to express their views on a number of different issues in Carshalton and Wallington.

Mr. Brake Said: "I am keen to establish a two-way dialogue with my constituents, to hear their views about key issues and I invite all residents to go on to my website and complete my e-survey, which consists of four questions about current policies that will effect my constituents''

Welcoming the launch, ePolitix Communications Manager, Emma Higginson, said: "At a time when political participation is declining, ePolitix is happy to help Tom Brake's constituents access him online. E-communication is the future of local politics and Mr. Brake is taking a positive step in widening constituent's access to his work and the political process as a whole."
