Smartwater is a great deterrent

MP Tom Brake joined a queue of Wallington residents on Saturday morning to pick up some smartwater from the Police's mobile crime prevention van outside Wallington Old Town Hall.

Smartwater is the latest weapon in the police's armoury against burglary. Valuable items are painted with drops of uniquely referenced and identifiable smart water to deter thieves.

Tom Brake said, "This is a great initiative and a great deterrent. Smartwater will make it that much harder for burglars who seek to target Wallington."

Tom, who is a Wallington resident, will be applying the smartwater to all his valuable items.
