12.24.30pm GMT Wed 5th Dec 2007

Tom Brake MP recently attended a breakfast in celebration of the links with local business that Carshalton Boys Sports College have developed and use for their students to undertake work experience.

The event also aimed to create further links within the community, whilst showing off some of the students' work.

Commenting, Tom Brake said "Schools need to build even stronger links with local businesses to provide quality work experience places. Any way in which we can increase the number of these opportunities should be encouraged"
