Starz in their Eyes

11.58.00pm BST (GMT +0100) Sun 30th Mar 2008

That's what the visitors to the All Saints Easter Fair in the All Saints Centre, New Road, Hackbridge had in their eyes after watching the Starz cheerleaders perform their routines on Saturday.

They were also entertained by a karate display, raffle, plant stalls, jumble sale and games room.

Funds raised from the event are to be used to improve the facilities in all Saints Church.

Tom Brake, MP for Carshalton and Wallington who formally opened the event said, "All Saints Church and the Centre are right at the heart of Hackbridge. The turnout for this event shows just how much they are valued by local people."
