To: The Secretary of State for Health

I am backing Tom's campaign to tackle the lack of NHS dental places available to residents.

Tom's 2007 Health Survey revealed that 71% of constituents have struggled to find an NHS dentist in the area. Nationally the picture is much the same with 75% of people in the same boat.

The 'Desperate For Dentists' campaign aims to promote:

1) Free checkups

2) Consultation with patients and dentists

3) More preventative treatment

4) Individual Dental Plans tailored to the needs of patients
