Tiffin Cup 2015

I'm asking local people to vote for their favourite curry house.

The curry restaurant that receives the most votes will be nominated to compete as Carshalton & Wallington’s entry for the Tiffin Cup 2015 – awarded every year by a cross-party group of MPs to celebrate the quality and diversity of South Asian food in Britain and to raise money for the charity World Vision.

Ten nominees from across the nation will be short-listed and invited to a special cook-in at Bellamy’s Restaurant in Mayfair, London where the overall winner will be found. Notable previous judges include Ainsley Harriott.

The Tiffin Cup is in its seventh year and although it is a fun contest benefiting a deserving cause, competition gets almost as hot as some of the curries. I encourage local people to vote for their favourite curry house to help me champion local business and to hopefully bring the cup home!

Voting closes on 31st July.

Which is your favourite curry restaurant in Carshalton & Wallington?
