Tom Brake MP: Man. Myth. Art Enthusiast!

Tom Brake MP opened the Annual Carshalton and Wallington Art Group Exhibition Thursday night at the Baptist Church in Banstead Road, painting the perfect picture for a perfect night.

The exhibition displayed works by members of the Carshalton and Wallington Art Group. The art competition was judged by renowned local artist John Stillman.

The Carshalton and Wallington Art Group, which is over 60 years old, is made up of like-minded artists who meet weekly where they practise their skills in the visual arts and learn from each other different styles, cultural art, and techniques.

Tom said:

“I was very impressed by the number of artists we have in our community, as well as the large number of tasteful and high quality works I saw. What a fantastic display!”
