On Wednesday, Tom Brake MP visited Ashby Grange in Stafford Road in Wallington for a Q&A with residents.
Residents questioned him on pavement maintenance, the latest news on St Helier Hospital, GoSutton service, Brexit and many more issues ... all over a cup of tea and some tasty lemon drizzle & banana cake.
Tom Brake, MP for Carshalton & Wallington, said:
"It was great to speak to everyone at Ashby Grange and answer residents’ questions.
"We discussed a variety of issues ranging from cycling in Wallington Square, using public transport to get to the local hospitals and the restoration and renewal of the Palace of Westminster.
"I very much enjoyed the visit and hope to return for another chat in the future."
Tom is following up residents’ concerns over cycling in Wallington Square with the local Safer Neighbourhood Team.
