Tom Brake MP joined over 75 residents and Antics Fitness for a circuit class last Saturday at Overton Park to encourage more people to get fit and improve their health and to boost Tom’s fitness levels before his half-tri next month.
The aim of this local business is to get the people of Sutton in the best shape of their lives, improving health, fitness, confidence, and enjoying being active.
The health challenges locally are significant. For example nearly two thirds of adults in Sutton are overweight or obese and more than a quarter of adults are physically inactive.

‘‘I was really impressed by the quality of the class on Saturday and not surprised that it is one of the best attended exercise classes in the country averaging 100 people per class.
