Last weekend, Tom Brake MP attended the Annual Wallington Music Festival where he was joined by local residents to celebrate exceptional local musical talent, alongside a variety of delicious food, drinks and children’s activities.

Tom Brake Lib Dem MP for Carshalton and Wallington said:

"The Wallington Music Festival was a spectacular and melodic way to spend some of my Saturday afternoon. The event was filled with exceptional music acts - from the St Elpheges’ School choir to classical, folk, pop, rock, and more.

"All performers did a brilliant job at displaying their talent to the whole community. The audience, myself included, was blown away. I feel so proud and lucky that we have this wealth of talent in our backyard - this festival is another example of why Wallington is the place to be.

"I would like to thank everyone involved, especially those volunteers behind the scenes without whom the day would not be such a success. I am looking forward to attending next year!"
